TfL has begun to look for new creative ways to raise revenue to reinvest into its massive infrastructure upgrade programme. London Underground’s Asset Development team understands the exact requirements of a highly regulated operating environment, marry this with a deep appreciation and experience of running property and retail sector projects. Result: innovative over station developments and creation of brand new, often quirky retail space. The Team needed to raise its internal profile amongst TfL’s project sponsors and 25,000-strong staff.

A small team from TransportPR was seconded through CPC Project Services to provide internal communications and positioning advice for LU’s Asset Development team.
